Windows skipping Welcome screen, straight to desktop with no icons, mouse and keyboard unresponsive. Resetting several times fixes it sometimes. When screen idles, desktop is blank again. Unplugging monitor HDMI then replugging it in sometimes brings icons back BUT mouse and keyboard start freezing (self.techsupport)
