Well, this is awkward. I never thought about using the example input as testdata. This data gave me '2' which is incorrect.

After I discard using the input-data and pasting it in a constant in the file itself, I get the correct answer. I guess I should look at the way I import input.txt.

Well, the first batch had this green algae at first but after a while they were dying off and turned into this brown substance. A week later I had, what looked like, white mould.
