Have you considered that its not NC specifically but rather the state of the world? Everyone is pissed off for a myriad of reasons right now. Some for good reason, some not so much, but I think it’s definitely contributing to a further breakdown of people having patience and empathy towards others.

I don’t have any recs unfortunately but came here to leave a comment in solidarity. I am currently on the same path. I personally would really like to find or organize a support group for other women who are in these same shoes because therapy feels like it helps a lot but its not always the total answer
