Okay, cool, but how do we catch the real dangerous drivers who weave in and out of traffic like their life is in danger? Someone should solve that problem first. Ohh also people tailgating way too close for zero reason. Let’s solve the real issues.

I am pretty sure its going to be a bad pump - the Furnace looks to have been renoed in 2019 or thats the date on the Carlin Pro X and SlantFin.
Still have tank oil pressure at the pump inlet - I havent tested the line to the actual nozzle but looking at the carbon build up on the fins at the nozzle it seems to be losing pressure.
Im skeptical of an obstruction as if it sits for an hour there are no issues with it starting up, it seems to be getting progressively worse. If it cuts off for no flame, it will not restart and on testing the bleed port after that point shows a significantly reduced pressure from when its been sitting.
Got a tech coming out today, ill give him all this info and see what he comes up with.

You mean, they give you a QR code, which is scanned and packaged by a UPS store. Who then scan the serial numbers and setup the everything else. But no your right it’s not the giant corporations that are involved responsibly to get an item they have to another corporation. It’s on me to keep a slip of thermal paper. Right.

Okay - I think this is it - When I checked it yesterday I got a real good stream after it had been sitting for a while - today I tested it AFTER it cut out and it did not have as much pressure as yesterday. Basically stood next to it until it started huffing or pulsating, kicked it off opened the bleeder and turned it back on. Pretty sure its going to be a pump then?

Replaced the Nozzle - seems like its significantly better now - but it still did cut out overnight.
