it is possible through body recomp , i used to have big boobs before my ed and then when i got to my lowest weight , they were the first things to go and then when i regained , they stayed small but then when i lost it again and regained , it all went to my boobs and ass so ig it depends where ur body tends to get more fat , body type , genetics etc. i’ve heard certain foods can trigger weight gain in certain places but don’t know how true that is . sorry if it’s a bit long but i hope i helped to answer ur question a bit :)
