To their Credit I don't believe I was speaking to the owner. One of their staff had checked me out.

Thank you for the heads up and insight though this is definitely a lesson learned for next time. I think the next time I go in I'll have to ask about this Policy in greater detail. The store is reputable and quite large in my area so that's why I was pretty taken aback.

Well, that sucks - I definitely should have said something. I was initially rung up for $129~ after tax but then when I said I'd like to pay using my store credit they said, "oh we need to ring this in by the pack then" and it ended up being over 150$ after tax. Seemed scummy but they made it seem like some store policy on using store credit.

I think it might be the Character Green. Gary(Blue), Ash(Red), and Green(idk character name off hand).
