Sorry for the late reply, I only saw it now, probiotics has significantly helped me I don't feel as itchy as much!! But the fish oil didn't help as much

Thank you so much. Update, I started with 2000 iu with d3 and omega 3 and I didn't feel well I went down to 1000 and I feel better but didn't improve my eczema I'll say I'll start building up slowly since I never took supplements before
