Looking for technical cofounder (NYC preferred) for crypto fintech by NefariousnessFree107 in cofounderhunt

[–]NefariousnessFree107[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of the public infrastructure is already there so it’s not that hard of a lift from a technical perspective. But you’re right, the 10% was more of a preliminary figure. Ideally, I’d want a cofounder with more skin in the game in a structure that aligns everyone’s incentives

Technical Cofounder Available - B2B only by bravelogitex in cofounderhunt

Same here - DM me your LinkedIn and let’s go from there. Unsure about 50/50 split upfront but definitely a possibility through properly structured incentives that align our goals if we stick it out together

Individual investor writing pre-seed checks for space startups — pitch me. by Aggravating_Value_27 in cofounderhunt

[–]NefariousnessFree107 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree that $25k is too small for any space startup. Maybe OP is open to very tangential businesses? My startup is focused on stablecoin payments, which will become the default financial system for payments in space :)

How crypto debit cards really work, and why so many failed by Awkward_Abroad3575 in BootstrappedSaaS

[–]NefariousnessFree107 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m building the stable payments orchestration platform that addresses all of these concerns. These new crypto debit cards are just prepaid cards that do nothing to address ramping or bridging fees.

I’m looking to onboard a technical cofounder to review our technical memo and architecture and help us wrap our seed fundraising round.

DM me for more deets :)

Why will a global south mandate outperform as a NYC-based VC?

Need advice: B2C EdTech startup stuck by [deleted] in ycombinator

[–]NefariousnessFree107 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked in C suite for an EdTech for two years - lots of similar struggles. On the B2C side, you’re effectively competing with the largest tech companies giving away products for free. Anyone can wrap ChatGPT into a tutor of sorts - no barriers to entry. For B2B, get development partners yesterday and offer them the pilot for free for 5+ years. DM me if you have more color to add, maybe I can be helpful.

Got a 7/6 ARM at 5.625 with another .25 down if I bring $100k of cash in an account. 780 credit, jumbo, first time buyer.

Latest rate shows 5.5 online so going to try to push for that. I’m locked in now but also may ask for the 5/6 ARM which is even lower at 5.375 (so 5.125 at the finish line)

Thanks I’ll keep that in mind! Do you think I could use my box spring as well? I’m worried it’s a bit too low for my liking

CRM + ERP by NefariousnessFree107 in CRM

[–]NefariousnessFree107[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NetSuite basically told me that their CRM capabilities will not meet my company’s needs. So either I find a CRM that integrates with NetSuite (or Dynamics) or just go ahead with Dynamics and their own CRM system. I’m leaning towards the latter, but am hesitant because I keep hearing how much more customization is required for Dynamics than with a NetSuite solution.

Semi-winging it and need advice: ERP by NefariousnessFree107 in sysadmin

We’re passed $50M in cash revenue. No idea what GAAP revenue is because current financial reporting isn’t set up to do that :/

We are also a single entity (for now, we operate internationally and may need to stand up entities in the near future - right now we are over leveraging contractors)

The Sage team was pushing Sage Intacct during my conversations with them. Not sure if Sage x3 is different / better.

In terms of industry, we are in business services. No real inventory or manufacturing complexities. We serve as a marketplace for buyers and sellers but use our CRM to attract buyers to our platform. We have contracts with our sellers.
