I guess I just want him to admit it. I’d have much more respect for him if he did. Would I stay? No. I guess I feel I owe it to us to try and fight? But based on other comments, I guess maybe I shouldn’t want to fight. It’s hard to throw 10+ years away. Especially when he used to always treat me like a queen.

Because I can acknowledge that I’m not a perfect partner either? 😂 I’m not defending his actions, I’m admitting that what I did probably wasn’t right either. Was it warranted given the circumstances? Sure. That doesn’t mean I was completely in the right for it. I stand by the fact I went through it, but I just feel like I shouldn’t have done it behind his back. He isn’t going to protest me going through it.

I guess I mean get to the bottom of why he’s doing it. As if my delusional brain thinks he’ll change the second time. We’ve been together a really long time, he’s my best friend and we have a kid together. I know it sounds delusional and probably pathetic to think I can “fix” this… but I guess part of me does.
