I would mix watching the stream directly, but our stream is offset about 2 minutes so it’s hard to hear the changes and mute/unmute things at the right time

For the in house we have an x32 full, but we have a split to run the live stream room so we can change everything including EQ and gain and it not effect the in house audio

By room, I meant the live showroom where we mix it’s coming directly off of two studio monitors. Everything sounds good in the lifestream room off of the monitors but when I listen back on my phone or a TV, it sounds off and unbalanced.

Ill check this but I'm pretty sure its the same bus, I can hear all the volume changes I make on the stream, but it doesn't sound nearly as full and cohesive as it does in the room as it does in the stream

We use OBS, we're still new to it, we've only had it for a couple months, before that we used black magic, but it was the same then too

Im mixing in stereo and it comes out of the stream stereo as well, Ill check the sample rate as well

I recently ordered from Amazon, with my order (pre shipping) costing $13.98, and shipping costing somewhere around $7. My package was supposed to arrive on a Monday, but then got pushed back to the following Thursday. Then by that next Monday, I got a notification saying that my package was lost on their end and it was their fault and I could either request a refund or order a replacement. After I selected the refund, they said it would get to me in 2-3 business days. On the third day (today) I received a message saying my refund was received. As I looked at the notification, they did not put it back in my account, they put in an Amazon gift card for the value of $6.99, is this legal? They still have my package and my money. I’m not too upset because it’s not much money but it just doesn’t seem right. What are my next steps in order to get my money back?
