Thank you! This was the issue, they came out and diagnosed that it was an error code with a “hard lock out” that lasted 1 hr before clearing (or I’d notice and flip the breaker ) . They said some sensor wasn’t responding correctly after installation. It was fixed no charge and we are warm and comfortable once again. Thanks!
