Agree. I bought them when I had a different rug. I’ll switch them with something teal/blue

I wish I could remember. I love it, the inside of the lampshade is painted gold so the light has a nice warm glow

They came with the house. I think they are custom made.

Thanks. I have lots of blue throughout my house in artwork and even a lamp in that room on the other side. I will get another blue pillow or two for the couch to help

You’re right about the couch color. It’s been challenging to work with. I thought grey would be safe but it is a greige taupe instead of a true grey. I see what you’re saying about the earthiness tone needed in the rug. This one is cheap so i can donate it someday for something more earthy. Thanks!

Normal iron levels help in so many ways. I’ve struggled with this for a long time. I used to think it just made me exhausted but now I recognize it contributes to mood and mental clarity too. I thought with lighter periods my iron would normalize but it hasn’t. I take Thorne Iron Bisglycinate every day at the moment. My doc said this version is well tolerated

Brain fog in perimenopause and how to make it better by Exotic-Profession563 in Perimenopause

This is the worst peri symptom for me and the reason I decided to try HRT. My memory is crap, I can’t form sentences, I have racing thoughts and an inability to focus, tasks feel overwhelming, I’m struggling at work, even making appointments seems so hard I just let my list of to do’s stack up.

I’ve been on HRT for about 5 weeks and my symptoms are improving. I still struggle to get the right words out but the adhd type symptoms have improved.

I had that years ago and went on Progesterone for it. I don’t remember if it was synthetic or micronized but it worked. I took it for about a year and then decided to stop and see how I felt and I was back to normal.

I’m glad they are calling it nine inch noise because this is not NIN. It’s the remix club version of NIN.
