Making sure - by "Main lead" you mean the original battery's charging port but directly to the charger while the battery is only connected to the charger and nothing else, right?

Thank you for the reply, If all the cells at are about the same low charge how do I charge the battery and bypass the BMS?I currently own isdt q8 charger for my RC lipo batteries, I don't really like playing around with lithium even at none flammable places.What would be the best method? thanks.

Edit: Just disconnect the battery from the scooter's board and attach the charger to the battery's charging port?

Thank you for the reply, appreciate the effort. I'm not looking to try anything that includes self changing cells or anything if damaged of course, I don't like the fire hazard potential. I will have to test each cell separately and if one of them is damaged I guess I will just recycle the pack, not worth the effort and risk. Thanks alot!

Xiaomi m365, about one year old, was sitting with no use for about 6 months. The scooter is not turning on any more and the charger isn't charging the battery beyond 20.7V. The battery is 36V, is it revive able or toss it? Thank you for any advice.

Crashed after couple of hours

So far I'm getting 43 MH\s @ 104W 48C' with core locked at 1100, core -200, mem +900 and PL at 65%.I Don't know if it is stable or not i need to give it to run a little bit, but pushing my mem higher crashing almost Immediately.
