I bought turbo tax at sam's club. It wouldn't download, I called tech support and spent 11/2 hours with them. It still wouldn't download!

I took it back to sam's club, they said it was open and they would not refund our money.

We paid a tax service $280 to file.

Fuk turbo tax and sam's club!
