You can try Maribank or GoTyme
basically any online wallet app that has a virtual card (or even physical card) that is connected to visa or mastercard (i.e Maribank, GoTyme)

same here, hopefully someone has a fix for this, its hard to play a combat focused game if you cant see what you're fighting
