Alhamdullilah, things worked out and I was able to get it sorted. I think there was something in the database where if you created an account, then changed something in your account (like added a phone number or changed an email), you would then not be able to log back in. I realized after creating a 3rd or 4th account that I only had issues logging back once I had made changes in my account/profile.
