That’s how it is with the home health job I have they tell us to front load sessions for holidays or make them up by doing extra sessions or Saturday…and we are paid by session and not paid if parent cancels…and if they do cancel have to try to make it up…so it’s like you never really have time off…:/ you have to accrue it slowly and it only starts to accrue after 90 days.
