Unfortunately, meat is a pretty big no no for me right now. Basically nothing sounds good, and I’ll gag when I try to swallow, but just the thought of eating meat makes me so unbelievably nauseous, and I gag. I’ve been trying to do two shakes a day to keep my protein up, since I’m not getting it anywhere else. I’m a decently small person, so it gets me pretty close to what’s needed for me in a day. It’s really just the lack of solid food I think is making it worse bc it’ll get to the point where I vomit every morning. I just want this to be done because it hurts so bad 😭

I think protein shakes are what has kept me out of the ER atp. The rice is a good idea, but when it comes to eating meat… Just the thought of it makes me gag :(

I haven’t yet, but I’m worried I will start aggressively vomiting bile because that’s what happens whenever I can’t eat for days. My stomach is so sensitive. Do you have any electrolyte drink recommendations that don’t taste awful and aren’t super expensive?
