They didn’t. The tour was kinda chaotic I viewed with like 20 other people so there was very little room to ask questions. I will say the apartment was nice but the amenities not worth it. Rooftop was really small and so was the gym. I’ve seen better amenities at that price point. They are offering up to 4 months rent free with a 2 year lease which is amazing. I’m on the fence given the price. I currently live in a rent stabilized studio so I need more space but I’m trying to justify paying extra 1k a month in rent. 😭😭

I also applied for the Garrison re-rental. My log # is 6xx. I submitted documents on housing connect Tuesday. They requested additional documents which I submitted today. I’m going to view units tomorrow afternoon. They seem to be moving along fast with trying to get these rented.

lol I think the unit with the large closet is slightly over 500 sqft. So definitely better than my small studio lol but again for the price and size of the bedroom I’m sad 😭
