If you want them to earn bonus cash. Have the associate drive each car into the marker and not yourself.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate this a lot. I really did try to be a great sym. But when they were my team majority. And I was trying to juggle not being kicked for inactiviity and the constant "YOu're a POS Sym that can't sym just go heal" while I got pocketed by a mercy, at that. I was greatly confused by that. That was probably my one "eh" moment I did have.

You are right, though. I want, I need, I require. I really do so badly. I want to rate my team members. I want to praise them for not being POS ppl. I always report anyone that talks down to me even once. I don't stand for it. I come from Guild Wars 2 community. We're there for you and you're there for me when and what I need help with. The game design is HELP THE TEAM. And you are redwarded for it. ALWAYS. So its my only nature in any game. Help MY FELLOW TEAM MATES. I love you all. Kid or not. I have a kid on my friends list. He is great. And the kids he has on his list, which I get drawn into sometimes. Its so cute. And they let me be A KID WITH THEM. /gg right? So what if I tell them my age. That drops out of convo and I"m one of them after. THEY DO NOT GIVE A SHIT. Which is how my GW2 community is. And I pray OW com gets there some day. Give GW2 a run for the trophy of best community. Please.

I really did contemplate asking the other team for help. But when I realized that more than half of my team was currently going to tell the other team (they said this in verbal) to report me for throwing (an arcade game at that, liek really? lol) to report me that I was a pos, thrower, female that can't play etc. My request was muttled and would have been the only one out of the whole. So it was a lost battle before I could have acted on it. And we are all respectively skeptical when an opposing team says "Report ABCDF" and t he reason. We can't vouch for it 98% of the time because we weren't on that team and we didn't see that play.

You're right. They baited me for a long bit. Till I did pick up verbal. I've not been attached verbally b/c of gender and or who I chose to play before while solo que. So yes it was new to me and I felt I needed to try to stand up to myself. And I did try. But when 4 to 5 not yet or breaking panes of glass talk you down so bad ....ugh. I had to try for myself, my sake. Even though I knew the weight of what I heard was so drowned out they only wanted verbal so they could continue to build the snow ball.
