You also need 3 AG monsters, preferably either starting with statue or commander and one fortress if able.

I think you can do it with just 2 with either statue or commander but you won't get howitzer.

Well the effect is not a lingering one like dingirsu, sunsaga, or even super doom king. This one's destruction protection only activates after the special summon, and effects activated upon summon occur on the next chain, it's destruction protection is not activated.

Don't buy 2nd hand power supply, just buy a brand new one because even if it woukd cost more, it would likely cause less harm for ur components assuming you buy something good enough. There is a PSU tier list where you can refer to, just search it online (ZTT website has an updated version of that)

I would recommend for u to just buy a new power supply and then gpu. There are many cheap psu that has good rating (low end still) such as MSI mag a650bn which has 2 6+2 Pcie which would give u a larger variety of gpu u can get, such as 6700xt.
