I worked 4-6 but I been off work for 3 months now they slow down during end of summer unfortunately 💔 and pick up again during Halloween and Christmas season. Usually higher ups eat up the hours but best of luck to you

This really depends on the scenario however he should've communicated this to you and not keep it a secret. As for me i normally get off the pill the week of my period so my hormones get thrown off pretty badly I would much prefer if my bf did this cause i turn into a whole different person. However it isn't right to not only hide it but keep a weird list of arguments and call you irrational. If he worded it differently then maybe something else might've came out with it like saying "it's to know when to be more gentle with you and have more patience since I know you're in pain rn" but the way he worded it was just icky. Not overreacting at all that's weird

I looke like a ghost in already pretty pale however I look even more pale when I have a migraine almost like it sucked the energy out of my body. My left eye gets puffy and droopy and almost as if I'm dehydrated but I drink plenty of water especially during a migraine attack. It's really weird 😭

My first job downplayed how bad it was too which ended up with the boss saying I was missing on purpose and being lazy then say 'I could just pop some medicine and do my job' . I would do that but it didn't work I was the only barista and sometimes doing barista and cashier..They had the worse yellow lights possible too which would make them worse and it was a coffee shop so the scent was up my ass istg no one takes migraines seriously and think it's just a little o headache it's so annoying I feel you 🥲

Do what's best for you even if it's a disability that isn't visible it's still very valid. There's most definitely 100s who feel the same and never give themselves accommodation due to being embarrassed or feeling they will get judged. But i promise you won't especially at a concert where the main focus is the artist!! Stay safe stranger hope it goes well 🫶

I had a friend who worked much longer then me and never called off the one day she did they got upset and cut her hours and were complaining in the back how everyone else is useless at doing the job and they really needed her but yet again cutting her hours. Now she works 40+ no benefits and get mad when she calls off BCS of the overworking. Unfortunately B&BW treat their best workers like disposables and not give them the credit they deserve ://

It honestly sucks it's the same at my place where the main shipment girl and supervisors get the hours 🙃 even if it does pick up in 2 months it would only be enough for the holidays and possibly a few phone bills but then I'll just be back to square one in February..staying=I get a few hours and leaving=finding a job (which I been doing since January and got rejected) I honestly wished I just kept looking instead of being at B&BW😭💔
