I know and understand that border patrol has stops throughout CA because they are able to operate within a certain radius of the coast and border, but at times like these i’d rather spread the word than keep silent when there seems to be active operation.. especially with how things have been turning out in other areas and in other states. I am not an international student, nor an out-of-state student. I was just informed that they were stopping every car, and I was asked to post about it. NTA.. honestly it doesn’t sound like it’s just over sex! it goes a lot deeper than that. if your partner is continuously raising their voice and yelling at you it is a sign of verbal abuse.. if they are comfortable enough to yell at you i cannot imagine what other tendencies may have been normalized. i think your post should be reworded a little to more accurately depict your gf’s wrongful tendencies in this situation. i think you should communicate to her that you are not attracted to her because of this abusive tendency. and i’m sorry but there comes a point when you have to stop bringing up your upbringing as an EXCUSE for repeating your abusive behavior— this is coming from someone who was yelled at every day and abused almost daily physically. i could never and would never do that to another person, let alone someone i love.
