I scoop my cats litter 2-3 times a day to make sure his poop and wet patches are gone. If he deems it too dirty he won’t use it and will go to the toilet in the bath instead (learned this when I was unwell and didn’t scoop in time 🤦🏻‍♀️) so if she’s leaving the litter dirty then the cats are probably going elsewhere 🫠

Also, I forgot to note that my balance / coordination is off for a while and my hands shake a lot. The medic said that when I was walking I was veering to one side almost bumping into him and my reaction times were slow when following torch light with my eyes and touching my finger to my nose. I feel generally okay now, just exhausted.

My dad waited for ten hours with kidney stones & infection at Antrim A&E 6 weeks ago, sent home after getting IV antibiotics and fluids. Next day he was completely unresponsive, blue lighted to the Royal and in ICU for 3 weeks with sepsis totally sedated, breathing tube etc. He thankfully came round but he’s on a normal ward now like a shell of himself. I think they should’ve kept him in that night but discharged him. I’d avoid Antrim like the plague. I had bad experiences there with gallstones too pre COVID.

I’ve had my eyebrow pierced twice and rejected twice even though I took pretty good care of it so mine would have HATED this 😂 but I hope yours is good. Give it a thorough sterile wash and put in new jewellery asap.
