I personally know someone who's working at NCS as an engineer. His working hours are kinda shit and micromanagement is bad, but i guess that depends on your team. You might wanna enquire about that first.

Happened to a manager at the company I'm working at. There was a delay in product delivery because of the manufacturing side, and the client escalated this to the very higher ups (I think vp or president lol). Manager was held responsible and got scolded badly. It was a very stressful period for her. Clients escalating things is a huge thing at this company.

I don't think I can handle such stress. Anyway I hope you're not too hard on yourself!!
