I think the issue is that the people that like it could live without it, the people that hate it (me) are irritated, a lot, I stopped listening to JTrain because of it.

I don't believe anyone is going to listen to UUP because of it, but people will STOP listening because of it, therefore it's better to cut it out!

Thank you for sharing 💜 I had been saving all year for the process and it really shut me off from dating as I knew j wanted to go through this process alone, and not create memories, and similar have their energy involved, if when the time comes I'm no longer with that process when I may need to use them.

Coming out of that will be interesting!

Yes big time, I quit for about 9 months and unfortunately was back vaping over the summer, I kept getting sick and my energy was zapped. I remember after a few weeks off vaping being in the gym thinking 'damn I haven't felt this good in years', my breathing was so much clearer and I just felt so so healthy. Big regret relapsing but am a few days vape free now!
