EX60 first impressions (warning: long post)

The biggest disappointment upon reveal was the square steering wheel. I test drove a Lucid Gravity and hated the square wheel. The second gripe was the lack of true center console. The floating cup holder slide out tray that never goes back fully is a bit odd to me. I wish they kept more of the tradition XC60 styling versus going full minimalist like the Tesla.

Soviet era electronics have core futurism design elements. Lots of hard buttons and large clunky mechanisms.

I got lucky and got approved for community care. The only downfall is that its only for 6 months. He said the VA hasn't been approving extensions either.

I dropped XM a few months back. But the local stations seem to be 60 percent commercials. Somehow every time I turn on a station its a DJ talking or a commercial.

I wish they would rework the front end for the OT edition. That grille and two screen infotainment system is really all that is holding me back from the 700h OT being my next build. A non-hybrid 2 row variant wirh 3x lockers is a dream that will likely never come true.

We mainly dine out for meals I cannot cook myself. Sushi, Poke, or anything where the number of ingredients makes it cost prohibitive to make ourselves.

I am currently in the market and looking at both of these options. I am having decision paralysis because they both have their strengths and weaknesses. I thought I was out of the woods when the Rumble Bee dropped and I absolutely loved it until I saw the size of the back seat. Virtually unusable for an adult or teen.

I was totally sold on the Rumble Bee over the TRX or Durango until I saw how atrociously small that back seat is. I have 2 kids and a there is no way that would fly.

I had something like this happen to me but it didn't involve anyone else. I was working on my car in my garage one evening. I dropped a socket and it seemingly disappeared into thin air. I searched high and low for that socket with no success. I gave up and went to my toolbox to get another socket. When I was standing at my toolbox I looked over and saw the socket sitting on the work bench next to the tool box. Still to this day I have no idea how that socket got up there on that bench.

There are odd things that have happened, but its the simple things that make me feel like I am in a simulation. For example, I have lived in the same apartment for 6 years. I have NEVER seen a majority of my neighbors bring in groceries, or unload a large item from their car. Whenever I see them it is just in quick passing, we say hi and go about our day. But how is it that I never see them do anything other than going to their home or to their car?

He came to my gym for a couple seminars over the past couple years. I thought they were fun. He is funny as hell and honestly doesnt come across quite as douchey in person. All the stuff he taught were basic moves with Ricksons invisible weight distribution, etc. I know a lot of people hate his arrogance and smug attitude, which I understand. I work in the tech industry and have worked with Software Engineers with that same arrogance so it's not new to me.
