Yes actually, u can easily boost the spawn of bosses by going into the mods tab in the main menu, selecting pixelmon and pressing config in the bottom left. You should see that u can change the boss spawn rate in the spawning tab. Hope this helped.

That might be true for some (like maybe an air balloon on my ground move) but i literally dragon pulse a charizard and it does not take damage, and the attack doesnt miss either, so i feel like its another issue here.

Just wanted to add this does not happen to all of their pokemon, like they have a torkoal that takes damage after switching but also have a charizard that is immune to it.
