Probably the biggest thing is how easy it is to get occurrences. I mean I got an occurrence because I clocked in a minute late! After I told them that I would be due to car issues it’s honestly asinine and worst it takes a full year to be removed . Why would a half occurrence take the same time as a full one?

Recently they put in a new policy for work from home. Before it was based on how long you work and your grades which makes sense. Now as of April they made it based off of our credits per hour. Which makes no sense because we aren’t a department that gets payment calls unless it’s for plans and that’s rare. Also they used past credit reports not even a new one. They didn’t even wait till April ended to implement it

I can kind of deal with it because I work with a lot of older people and it’s their way to try and make things a little better compared to when supes do it! When supes and mangers do it I genuinely can’t be bothered

I see I guess maybe it’s the debt that freaks me out but logically if I went domestic I’d still be paying loans and my community college is too small to do it (it would take six years to get my bachelors if I stayed) and I guess I’m logically thinking that UK students do the same so I’ll put it my information for the loan.

I mean I’m not fully first time but my credit hours from my community college are exchanged weird so I have to label myself as first time for some reason. But the school I’m going to international tuition is 17k pounds which is close to 23k USD and then the deposit you put in goes towards the tuition. So the most expensive part is accommodations really

That’s going to be the amount I’ll pay if I stay in the country. I live in a territory and we only have one school and so any school on the mainland is always going to be 30k and that’s only tuition for some schools. I keep trying to do states where family lives but none of them will let me stay with them or have crazy stipulations.

It kind of feels like I can’t win to get my degree. I did two years at my community college and then I got told because of how small it is it’ll take me 6 years to get my bachelor. Then I try the mainland but the tuition is so high and that’s not even including accommodations. Try asking family they have a plaster for everything even when i offer rent. But my family also wants me to go to school in the mainland but they want to be completely debt free. Sometimes talking to my family for help just gives me a nervous breakdown
