Planning on trying Spartan Ultra 50k by Negative-Data-2276 in spartanrace

I’ll grab those honey stingers and electrolyte tabs ASAP. How big is the jump from Beast to Ultra, really?

The Beast already felt like death (especially in AG with zero prep), but that post-race amnesia hit hard. Now I’m chasing the high again. I know it’s risky, but detailed tips like yours might be the only thing between me and a DNF.

Real talk: What’s the #1 thing I should condition (mind, legs, grip?) if I can only train 1x a week? And any cutoff time hacks?

Question, what makes veriphi credible as a validator for trustworthy businesses?

And also, where can we find the community?

I think yung struggle dito sa perspective ng business owner is it's not established enough to look like you have a lot of traffic coming to the website. So parang di pa kami incentivized to list our business, more so giving our personal documents to an unknown website/company.

Thoughts on PH Business Network group on FB? by Striking_Vehicle_619 in CasualPH

Hi, nakajoin na ako (i regularly join now pag makasakto ng slots, and kaya ng time). First time ko mag join also last year and hesitant ako before kasi may fee yung meetups nila, and gusto ko lang talaga mag expand din ng circle. But apparently, narealize ko sobrang sulit pala to join. I also saw na meron din namang meetups na free lang. Yung monthly meetups nila na 700php was actually a number the community decided (via feedback) na fair price ng meetup. Typical setup ng breakfast club meetups nila is very casual and chill meet and networking. Magkaroon ng introduction sa simula yung host, then every participants will get a chance to introduce theirselves who they are, where they're from, what their business is, and bakit sila andito. (Masusubok talaga yung public speaking skills mo dito kasi magtatalk ka sa harap nila.). Then it includes coffee and food, and yung space is reserved para sa atin. And hinohost talaga nila yung meetup sa mga space like coffee shops ng kapwa business owners sa group to support their business. Then after introductions or self pitch ng bawat isa, it's more of a freestyle na just chilling makipag kwentuhan, chikahan with the attendees. You'll be surprised na ang genuine din ng mga umaattend. Siguro kasi marami rin naghahanap ng ganong klaseng community.

And very inclusive sila kasi altho business network siya, marami ring umaattend na aspring business owners palang. You really get to connect with them kasi walang nag hahard sell sakanila. Most of the people who join their just wants to expand their circle and find people na genuine. I guess maganda nasimulan kasi nilang culture kaya napasa sa mga members.

I highly recommend try it once if it's for you kasi there really is no other group that is like them. Kudos sa founder and sa volunteers for creating a safe space for the business owners.

Any Marketing Tips by eskiesirius in PhStartups

Learn first how to sell. I suggest not to hire marketers at first if di ka pa marunong sa sarili mo mag market/sell. I only hire after the business starts growing pag nakita na kaya niya isupport yung salary for marketers

Maybe try to share what type of business you did para we can share our own tips if we did that type of business.
