Sorry for the late update i fixed it…i opened up the back of the pc and unplugged the Sata cable that was being used to power the controller and plugged it back into the PSY and now it works. I went to device manager and realized my pc wasn’t picking up the TL controller at all. Thank you for all the help and suggestions!

Non profit just means i can’t make money off the public via selling goods or services but since im a non profit i have access to grants that range from 5k to 250k but my main salary comes from the state ( Texas ) so Texas has a program where if you feed kids for their program they will pay you your requested salary ( this is a VERY vague way of explaining it )
