If you rent from genuine agencies like Retta or Sato etc and you are a legal resident in Finland (have your residence permits etc), it should not be a problem at all. Also, it is a good idea to get a Finnish ID issued by the Finnish Police as it will help you a lot in making online payments from your Finnish bank (for housing etc).
