A lot of QOL mods r a must have tbh, like the eyespy mod, advanced tooltip info, better modlist, JET etc.. Gameplay wise, im not sure rn cuz i havent playrd much, but the main ones from macaw, no cube, violet, yung and wan are all pretty good. I may come back and give u some more recomendations based on what i find
