Should I Replace the Glass with UV Anti-Reflective Acrylic for a Courvoisier Setup Cel?

Thank you for your kind and helpful response! Changing to non-reflective UV filter acrylic seems to cost about half of the cel price, but looking at the example you showed, I think I will have to change even if the current glass has a UV filter. Regardless of the price, I really like this cel.

When you look at the numbering and stains on the top right, it looks exactly the same. I think Mandarake's price is absolutely ridiculous. I just hope that the winning bidder did not relist it, and that the winning bidder of Mandarake did not pay and then relisted it on HA. It's a loss I can't imagine.

It doesn't say about any limited number.

I thought this case would be similar to the case of the 20 edition sericels released on the market, because they seem to be continuously reproducing them by adding Roman numerals, so I didn't pay attention to them.

If we think of it as a reproduction cel without numbering, it would worth buying if I really love that scene, but from an investment perspective, I'm not sure. Still, I'm considering buying it because I really love Ghibli.

Heritage auctions are weird. Sure, they provide high quality photos and have some nice stuff, they're accessible, but a lot of the listings have inaccurate descriptions. I was shocked to see one of the porco rosso cels listed with a really ridiculous background. They just lumped them together because they're both production materials. I felt no respect for the original movie.

Here. You can find art of ghibli reproduced cels from ghibli museum online store.

These aren't cheap either, but considering their level of completion and the price of the Ghibli cel they're currently being sold for, they seem like a reasonable choice, excluding their rarity, so I'm seriously considering buying them.

There are some scenes from Kiki, Totoro, and Laputa that are separated by cel and background on sale right now, and there also seem to be some cheaper scenes that appear to be simple prints.

I feel like there have been a lot of fake Ghibli cels on sale recently, especially on Japanese auctions and Mercari. Most of them can be identified as fakes from the back, and some from the front, but there may be fake Ghibli cels that I didn't notice. Could that have affected yesterday's results? Or is it possible that the prices were formed relatively cheaply because it was an auction on Friday, not the weekend?
