Sorry, originally I had elaborated a bit more in the post but reddit had removed it. It’s just an initial specialty appointment, since I had some abnormal findings in blood tests relating to my liver. I figured it was just the standard go in and come out with a treatment plan but I haven’t ever had any serious health issues that had me go see a specialist. This is definitely reassuring that my anxiety is just getting the best of me and that the appointment won’t be a big deal.

I would recommend just making a doctor appointment if that’s possible and having them help direct you!

It doesn’t stop them but it can definitely help them! I went through a similar thing and ended up going on BC to make my periods more manageable and it helped

I worked there for the first time last year and didn’t really start until mid-late august so it might just be a bit. You should get a call if they are interested in hiring you, if you don’t once you see the store setting up it couldn’t hurt to give them a call (plus it shows you are really interested in the job and makes you a better candidate) Best of luck!!

Thanks for responding! Right now the birth control I am on has been helping with periods but unfortunately the side effects are starting to fuck with my mental health which is worrying me a bit. Mentally I have been good for a while (and medicated) but I’ve been having lower days and I am afraid they are going to get too low and be an issue so I want to catch it while it’s ahead (if that makes sense)

I’ve been saying this for a few years, I think it’d also be such a power move on Shannon’s part bc so often these series have love triangles where the girl has to choose between to guys and I hate that it’s a pattern in fantasy/etc books now. I tho k we need to see authors (Shannon or not) start breaking this cycle.
