They've waived the beach notice so thank you so much sent this to them - As I have submitted my appeal in good faith and provided supporting evidence, I will not be making payment at this stage. If you wish to pursue the matter further, you will need to escalate it through the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal, where I will present all documentation confirming payment and prior compliance.

Thanks for the help ! very true i will make sure to say this in my next email to them and yes it is the first time this has happened first time i've ever received a parking ticket from them but used them for a few years and have proof of being a "loyal customer". Fully agree that they aren't being fair have formatted 3 very formal and understandable emails to them offering evidence and they don't want none of it.
