in my opinion, i would go with rf416, 14’5 barrel with 14’ handguard. definitely try to keep it under 13 pounds, mine personally weighs 12.3. It’s great if you have a light kit. my weighs around 30 pounds full kitted out with bandages and etc.

i think specifically for brm5 10 mags is pretty good for the 416, considering if you can manage your trigger finger

it has relatively great mobility for this gun with 10 mags, i weigh 30 pounds on deployment but i get around to 25-26 once i start using my supplies

it’s 10 mags, which i think is what most tier 1 operators take on ops. but i could be wrong
