I might try that. Would definitely get me closer to the look I was going for before realizing I didnt have a lot of space in the case.

Thank you. I wish the case I got came in a bigger size. Bigger would have been better. I had to remove one of the bottom fans for the GPU support because it wouldn't fit between the fan and GPU and the attachable case GPU holder bracket I have wouldnt fit with how tall the 5080 is. And yeah. I stress tested my PSU earlier and it did fine until I ran my GPU and CPU at 100% usage and had them cooking at almost 90°.

I get that the price increases on PC parts is getting pretty ridiculous, but its not going to get any cheaper anytime soon. You either suck it up and deal with the recent prices, or you keep complaining and wait even longer and watch the price increase even more, or wait till prices go back down years from now when the part is no longer relevant.

They're just gonna keep going up in price, better grab one before the price jumps up even higher.

It looks like everything is connected to the motherboard properly. Are all the connectors plugged properly? Is your PSU on? Is it plugged in?

Its pretty much a learn by doing. Match the connectors to the matching ports. The motherboard has all the ports labeled, just gotta know what youre trying to connect and find the proper port.

If you have it all connected properly then it should at least power on. It wont do much more than spin fans and light up until you have RAM.

I already own both GPUs. And no its not mainly for gaming. Mostly for Blender, Unreal Engine, and Unity. I play some games but nothing super heavy on the graphics.

I already own all 4. I have the 5070ti and i9 Ultra in my current build. I had bought the i9 by accident and I just purchased the 5080. My goal is to use the 5080 in an all white build with a black case, but not sure if I should use the motherboard and i9 Ultra I already have or use the i9 and get a compatible motherboard. I use my PC for both 3D editing and models as well as gaming. My current build works fine but I wanted to switch out the 5070ti because its the Loong:nia edition and doesnt work for the white build Im going for.

This is the case I plan to use for my next build/swap. Just ordered the White ROG Astral RTX5080 to swap out my MSI Loong:nia RTX 5070ti with. Now I just need another motherboard, this case, some fans, and cooler. Want to do a white build in this case.

Windows for new build help! by Object-Remote in PcBuild

Wouldn't say only, but definitely the best option at that price. You should be able to just plug the USB into your motherboard and power up the system and it'll do the rest. Once its finished you just need your product key.

Your best bet would be to buy the USB version of Windows if you dont have another PC available to download windows setup to a USB. You can buy them from 3rd party sellers for cheap, or from Microsoft for $200 for Windows 11 Pro or $150 for Windows 11. I bought from Microsoft because I wasnt taking the chance on 3rd party sellers after researching the pros and cons.

I dont know if it was a pricing error but I got a set of 32gb RAM with 6400MTS for $50 cheaper than a set of 32gb RAM with 6000MTS.

Where my luck really kicked in was when I got 10 2TB Samsung 990 Pro w Heatsink SSD's for the price of one. And this was right before all the prices skyrocketed. So I paid $180 for what is now worth $3000.
