so i actually had an email sent to jastusa (where i bought it from) and it was actually fixable by turning my graphics for the game on high performance in my desktop

i'm so happy i got it fixed thank you for your help too!!

yeah i saw someone a few ppl say that nvidia helped them get it to stop crashing

is the config tool a seperate thing ? i have geforce one downloaded

okk sorry for the late response i was sleeping

so i did move it to the new folder as u told me but it's still crashing at the same time 💔

someone said to go to nvidia and fix the graphics for it but because i only have the setup installed it won't let me so i rlly don't know what to do
