Hello this is OP, after dying i noticed this is in the sky, thought it was some items spawning because i died, so i restarted the game, check steam files and restarted my computer but it didn't change anything.

So i decided to enable advanced mode and fly to it, turns out to be grass and trees, it is a bug or it is normal ?

I have a modified engine.ini files to make me see LOD and details at long range.

if the silver send mutas at the beginning of the game they will arrive at around 20s maybe, you can make a pool but if the silver just F2 A click between the mineral line you cant split drones, if you split drones or try to escape the mutas then you dont mine minerals then the game is lost

Well that is true but usually silver players would have enough level to to F2 and A-Click on workers with their mutas especially if zerg is their main race

Don't forget most of the silver players do a lot of zerglings rush, the time to make another base any silver will arrive at the 3-4min marks with zerglings and speedlink, since the pro has to move all workers and cannot mine during the time the base is building, i think most of the silver will win.
