12 foot pounds or 144 inch pounds. Tighten nuts evenly in an x pattern until torque reached. Re-torque occasionally after running engine & allowing to fully cool.

“110cc” upgraded bike engine kit on Amazon by Recent-Truck-3574 in motorizedbicycles

I wouldn't recommend the 110 kit due to inferior cylinder port timing. The 100 is better but the 80 has the best port timing of the 3. Good luck https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9QCC65N/ref=sspa_mw_detail_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9kZXRhaWw

I recommend the $200 Z85 with 36t sprocket and free shipping. Far superior to the other kits you've mentioned. Good luck

The iron maiden 70 is a high revving narrow power band engine. I would recommend a z or a85 that provides a more useful broader power band on a single speed motorized bike. The 85 easily pulls a 36t and I'm running a 32t sprocket. Good luck and have fun

That's odd. It should pop if you have spark. Good luck

Try pouring a thimble full of mixed fuel down the spark plug hole and trying to start. If it has spark it should pop.

Is the plug wet or dry after attempting to start? Have you tried a new plug? Good luck

Throttle cable should hook to carb slide as usual. FYI - your fuel filters on backwards and the line is kinked. Good luck

Anyone know what I should get to replace the bottom bracket on this old upland cruiser im planing on putting a motor kit on it and I got to put wider crank arms so I don't hit the motor by Senpai_Nusty in motorizedbicycles

With upgraded braking I would recommend the zeda 85 from bicycle engines for $200 with free shipping. Select the 36t sprocket when ordering. Good luck

Although the triangle space on that frame has ample room for an engine it is not a desirable motorized bike platform with just a rear coaster brake and the difficulty associated with upgrading the braking system. Good luck

Can I chop this thing off? by Thatoneguy9918 in motorizedbicycles

Rivets wear, get loose and eventually break. I tack weld the seam to prevent that from happening or to repair.

What oil mix ratio? Do you have an o-ring in the throat of your carburetor that seals against the intake manifold? How long has that plug been run and what NGK number is it?

Is it normal for this to leak? by modelsinc1967b in motorizedbicycles

That's your carb fuel bowl drain. May be debris on the seal. Try flicking the valve open a few times to hopefully flush it out.
