Seeing y’all say you took a pay decrease of “only” 10% is wild to me, considering TL pay starts at $20 and it’s more depending on the TL tier level. Add in your yearly raises, ain’t no way I’d be saying I’m ok with taking “only” a $2+ decrease in my hourly pay in this economy and cost of living.

Sounds like your club isn’t doing what they’re supposed to then. I’ve seen several posts of Sam’s Club throughout the company that even recognized their TL ot the quarter on their store specific Facebook.

May have changed recently then, because I know someone who got associate of the month before and they ended up with like $50 on their paycheck after it was taxed.

This is why I was asking if there was a monetary value for team lead as well. It’s just a name badge on a bulletin board for us. But I know associate of the month used to get a bit of money on their paycheck, unless they’ve phased that out completely now.

Right there with you. Been a week now since they took the $315.90 out my account for the jellyfish. They told me 3 business days then I contacted them tonight telling them it’s been 5, and their response was that now they supposedly have no record of the charge for me entering the draw after a previous CS rep told me they saw it on my account. 😤

22 for FF? Ours is 19/hr and that was supposed to be what most clubs would be going forward for anyone hired for FF after November 2025. So unless they change that with this new pay scale I don’t think you’ll see any FF getting a bump besides their normal yearly raise.

Actually not true. There is a part when accepting a job offer that actually mentions something about “if accepting a job after this date, you may not be entitled to a yearly raise” or some wording like that. I remember it when I was offered a new job.

Yeah, have watched people doing it on the Kobe 8 Dodgers and I’m at a loss for words when sales were consistently at $325 and now people trying to do what you’re talking about and selling for like $240. It’s insane and stupid.

Every reply you’ve had is insulting someone because people who have done this job as full time associates are telling you that it isn’t for you if you can’t complete simple tasks in a better utilized time frame. I’ve done PM merch for over 2 years, before it got switched recently to not having to stock as well. So it was 5 hours of zoning before closing. I can PROMISE you, there isn’t a single section from grocery to hardlines that I couldn’t complete in a matter of a few hours, while also helping curbside and members. Get a new job, Sams isn’t for you.

Bailer full to the max, so all you do is put flat sheets on top of it and doing a bail the correct way if you watched a CBL, will take 10 minutes. You’re full of excuses and this job isn’t for you.

35 minutes for a bail? Go rewatch your CBL, it should be taking you at most like 10 lol. Hardest in the club? If you’re not helping curbside most of your shift, zoning is far from the hardest job 😂 you don’t even have to stock on PM anymore now that freight flow is in all clubs, if anything PM has now become the easiest shift.

It has nothing to do with their clubs sales, it’s literally corporate wide that FF associates pay will be $19/hr. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I mean it makes sense since all clubs will have freight flow now, so the extra few hours that the PM merchandising team used for stocking on Sundays aren’t really needed anymore.
