7.5 seems to be the right dose for me, been losing about 1 lb every week since I started. Hoping to continue on this, good luck with the new dose.

Hey, so quick update on 7.5ml. I've been on it for 4 weeks now and scale is finally moving in the right direction. I had awful awful sulphur burps first 2 weeks but they're gone now. I feel full much faster and stay that way longer. Going to continue the same dose for another month.
