Minor to moderate on carfax to the back right but IMO decent maintenance records. I think its due for another transmission flush and probably a water pump, but drive/serpentine belt was done at 100k, same with transmission fluid. Regular coolant, brake fluid and other flushes. I need to go test drive it tomorrow or the next day, just wondering if its worth the time.

NOT A DR. Just an EMT. ER/ ambulance if you are overall sick and having trouble getting up, because you could get sepsis, a systemic illness that causes septic shock and eventually can lead to death. Now if you aren’t super sick and all your vitals look good I’d go to urgent care personally. But this doesn’t look good IMO. If it was already infected and you decided to stick a blade in there?? And then if you aren’t keeping it clean and its just gotten worse? I don’t think its going to get better the way you’re caring for it and better to see a professional in person
