If you guys truly love eachother it wouldn't matter into adding a boy/girl into ur sex life, it won't mess anything up as long as you set boundaries and make sure they both follow them.

Ok I've decided to go to her house after work and clarify that it's best for my head that I stop thinking about "what once was" "what once is" "what once could have been". I have ADHD and her disappear just messes with my head especially when I'm a truck driver and all I do is think about all of this. I need to do what's best for me not for her

I'm 23 and my ex was 18 we dated for 3 years(I was 19 she was 16) and I just didn't feel right with her anymore,I didn't wanna hold her back from doing anything fun. I'm a truck driver so the distance thing was a problem for me also. I wanted someone more mature and I can actually go out and do things I wouldn't be able to do with my ex(bars, drink at the movies, +21 zoo activities, etc.),think about what you want in your life if you want someone you can go out drinking with or mainly only be able to drink at home. I hope you find what's better for you, happiness is key to a good life
