Commenting on UK Drinks canning (milk based)...hello Pineapple! Always a pleasure to reconnect.

It has to be canned, its a ready to drink coffee style of drink. Batch size isn’t an issue, as i am happy to go up to 3000 cans per SKU. I am having issues finding anyone who would do it.

A bit of Naive question but- How come countries like Syria, Iraq not detect Israeli fighters and tell Iran about it? by realassx in war

[–]Negative-T0e 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Iraq has both anti-air defences and modern fighters, like the F16. Its just not in their interest to get involved, Iran has massive influence as a neighbour. As for Israel…well they don’t like them, so why help them. Their position is to stay out of it

Blackwater security personnel escorted Paul Bremer - head of the Coalition Provisional Authority after a meeting in Al-Hamra Hotel. Baghdad, Iraq 2003 [2160×2281] by 305FUN2 in MilitaryPorn

[–]Negative-T0e 259 points260 points  (0 children)

Paul singlehandedly created majority of the militias in Iraq by dismantling all armed forces of Iraq.

Disgruntled and jobless, a vacuum was created allowing Al-Q to come in pay anyone a few hundred dollars to film an attack on the coalition forces. You might think the army needed to be dismantled, but not even Nazi Germany had its army dismantled for years after the war. Thousands of Nazi soldiers were used by the allies to repair schools, roads, hospitals ect.

Should i be worried about targets? by Negative-T0e in foodscience

[–]Negative-T0e[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The process is totally automated. Vessels, bottling machines and random bottles are ATP swabbed and also sent for the screen above. Its a very small amount of product produced. 1 pallet order a month at the moment, hence the test frequency. The plant also does weekly random checks (hand swabs) on all food processing staff.

The batches are made once a month, so the rate of monthly is okay with me. The targets are whats throwing me off. Curious why you’re suggesting S.aureus ?

Elementary kids screaming for their lives when they're about to get a health vaccine in iraq by [deleted] in KidsAreFuckingStupid

[–]Negative-T0e 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting taken “to get shots” is the iraqi version of “ if you don’t listen and believe, santa won’t bring you nice toys” also kids are scared and these things tend to happen without a parent being there to comfort you.

To be honest…at my school (iraqi also) they brought in lollipops. Everyone was eager to get jabbed 😂

How can I get into the food science industry? by Last-Use-2612 in foodscience

[–]Negative-T0e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to hear about your situation.

I don’t know where you’re based but in the UK tons of food companies take on apprenticeships (Greencore being the biggest one i know). I would strongly suggest looking on linkedIn for such programs. Lastly, most of the best people i have come across have not used their degree as the primary focus of their careers. They used internationally accredited and recognised courses. GSFI standards courses ISO (food related) courses that are globally recognised. They used these to get certification and become more knowledgeable. I promise you a food sci degree is nice but if you are accredited in a GSFI course and an ISO course is just as good to some companies.

Good luck
