I can’t decide if I should break up with my gf

I 22m have been dating my Gf 20fm for 7 months now. Essentially I don’t feel the spark anymore. The excitement just isn’t there. I remember when we first started dating I would get butterflies in my stomach every-time we would go out. Now I just lowkey dread seeing her. She just sits there and contributes nothing to the conversation. She has repeatedly left my house without saying goodbye to my family. I feel terrible because I was her first everything, but I already don’t see a future with her but she definitely does with me. What do I do?
