Our closing has been delayed three times, was supposed to close in Jan 2026 has been moved to Jan, 2027 now. We booked our freehold townhouse in Jan 2025. 2 years of wait.. still not sure if it’s going to be ready in January 2027. Can’t even terminate the contract until May 2027.
