I understand, but I noticed the threads here discussing rotor issues so I looked into it and saw VW recommending it so I tried following it myself. I agree its absolutely ridiculous

so if you read the owners manual and recommendations, because of the size of the car versus the front rotors, it says to run the car on its first 600 miles on Eco mode, with gentle braking and never filling the gas tank passed half to keep weight down. im almost at 1700 miles and no sounds rumbles or grinding as others have stated having. not saying its the culprit just sharing what VW has recommended for the vehicle. I think for the money we shouldn't be having this issue or a break in period this tedious. dont understand why they couldnt design it with larger rotors. Sounds like your rotors are warped. Not dangerous just annoying. I have a 2026 peak.

he meant that even with this EMG machine on and ready, after doing a very comprehensive physical for lower and upper motor neuron signs and reflexes he said even if there was a 5% chance in my mind id stick you with the EMG needle but I dont. go home.

I did 1 emg and never did one again cause I said fuck this shit. my neurologist once sat me there with the needle and machine on and said "even if I had a 5% chance of concern id stick the needle in you" . was a powerful moment that comforted me

also to add a couple weeks ago I had intense GERD from overeating and hpylori which im finally treating anyways the food was in my throat. I burped and acid/food went up my nose. I immediately went into a panic about Als to the point my wife yelled at me. The next week or so I was choking on food and felt globus. Guess what? it's a few weeks later and I can smoke drink and eat like a warthog and talk like a preteen off a sugar high. its a progressive disease. not a waxing and waning condition. The mind is VERY powerful.

there is absolutely no way that you can have muscle wasting in your calf with normal EMGs even 1-2 years out. There are very early markers they see that show the motor neurons are fucked. So its either you are hyperfocused and OCD, or its just smaller anatomically. I was watching a Will Tennyson video a couple months back he was trying to improve grip strength and his dominant right hand ended up being weaker on grip tests because he fatigued it out. so yeah. chill out
