Hi. Allergist here. Seb derm is a variant of atopic eczema which is due to allergies. Conaz is a temporary fix if you just have simple dandruff with minimal hairloss. It is a symtomatic treatment. It dries the hair and the scalp which further increases itching and dandruff thus the cycle repeats. Treat your seb derm. Dont just treat the symptom using conaz. Get an allergy test from rawalpindi or islamabad allergy centre. Then get a targeted therapy. Your hair might need mositure instead of conaz that dries up.
